Coating and backing together are becoming the base of artificial grass, they are critical for the grass’quality. The coating normally are SBR latex, PU and our special ERET.
SBR latex coating can be combined with several backings, including PP+non-woven cloth, PP+net, and PP+non-woven cloth+net. These combinations are common and durable.
PU coating is more durable and environmental friendly, most importantly, it can make the tensile strength of the grass more higher.
The ERET coating is R&D by MTGRASS, which is entirely new and revolutionary.
The whole turf including yarns, backing and coating are polylefin material, which can be melt together 100% to be recycled.
The ERET is transparent, soft and comfortable, which makes the whole turf more lighter and easier to be installed.
The ERET grass has the highest tensile strength, and fastest permeability.
